How checkout works

Choose a service, pick a time on Google Calendar, and Cooper will follow up with the next steps.

Google Calendar handles scheduling. Payment details can be handled before the remote session starts.

Before your Quick Assist session

  • Write down the main problem and any error messages.
  • Make sure the computer is connected to power and internet.
  • Open Microsoft Quick Assist when Cooper gives you a security code.
  • Close private files or windows before the remote session starts.
  • Keep your phone nearby in case a quick call is needed.

Customer Quick Assist Instructions

Use these steps when it is time for your remote repair appointment.

Open Quick Assist

Press the Windows key, type Quick Assist, and open the app. You can also press Ctrl + Windows key + Q.

Enter the code

Cooper will give you a security code by phone or message. Type that code into Quick Assist.

Allow screen sharing

Click Allow so Cooper can see your screen. Stay near your computer during the repair.

Allow control

If asked, click Allow again so Cooper can move the mouse and work on the issue.

Watch the repair

You can see what is happening the whole time. Do not close Quick Assist until the repair is finished.

End anytime

You can stop the session at any time by closing Quick Assist or choosing Leave.
